The Taylortown Store was one of the most enjoyable experiences with a venue I’ve ever had! The venue was so naturally beautiful, and everyone was so pleasant and great to work with. So many of the guests asked me to have more events there in Chi Omega’s future! Absolutely the TOP venue I’ve ever worked with as social chair and so, SO beautiful!

This was the perfect venue for celebrating our 50th birthday this summer! The theme was “All White Party” with Magnolias as the decor. It was FABULOUS!

Taylortown was our 2nd choice from a list of about 15 venues we considered. Our first choice was already booked and the others just didn’t fit our needs as well as Taylortown did. Thank God you were available on the date we wanted! It all worked out perfectly & we were even glad our first choice wasn’t available.

Our sisters, Lisa & Charlotte, were our event planners. Your event coordinator worked directly with them. By all accounts, she was very accommodating, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Our guests loved the venue and I’m sure it will be considered in planning future events. The place was open and airy, clean and orderly, with lovely, unique, fitting decor and well-kept grounds – providing many wonderful photo opportunities. Thanks for partnering with us for a very special occasion and an unforgettable day!

The Mardi Gras Krewe of Barkus and Meoux, Inc., has used Taylortown Reception Hall for small celebrations as well as for our yearly “Coronation of Royalty” – one of our yearly major events that fills the Hall to capacity. The Hall by its location, history, decor, friendly and helpful staff keeps drawing us back. As we are an “Animal Krewe” we have used the surrounding gardens to celebrate our true royals, the animals. We will keep returning!!!

We used Taylortown for our wedding and reception on November 19, 2016. From start to finish the entire process was smooth and wonderful. We were given a tour of the facility and immediately fell in love with what it had to offer for our wedding. We had about 50 guests and had the wedding and reception both inside with zero problems! We accidently left some expensive coolers on property the night we were cleaning and the kind groundsman put them aside and kept them safe for us even before we called asking for them! The staff is wonderful and you will not regret choosing this venue.

I wanted to thank the staff, especially Kimberly, for all of your kindness. You represented Taylortown Reception Hall with such grace. It was a pleasure working with you. Everything fell into place and the hall was beautiful. The elegance just took my breath away. All of the ceremony was perfect. Thank you again for giving it your all and making our 40th vow renewal celebration the best day of my life!

Whenever you’re thinking of having a party, and you just need a little encouragement, Taylortown Reception Hall is that bump of inspiration!

My wife and I had seen an ad out of Milwaukee offering a 30 lb. Bratwurst. It looked to be about six inches in diameter and three feet long. It was to be served sliced on a hamburger bun. What a great idea for an Oktoberfest Party, we thought! As we drove past the Hall one late September evening, it hit us…Oktoberfest in the country at the Hall. Big hit, big crowd! Of course, there were doubters who accused us of inviting them out to the country to have a “cooked bologna sandwich,” and I of course, countered with, “I’m going to feed 45 folks with one Bratwurst!” The Hall made the party and it’s still talked about five years later.

Our second use of Taylortown Reception Hall was our oldest daughter’s wedding. It was a beautifully catered affair (great facilities for any caterer) with a four piece dance band. By far and away, the highlight for us was watching our daughter, the bride, enter from the fantastic staircase in the back of the building!

Based upon our incredible experiences, Taylortown Reception Hall is absolutely the perfect venue for any type of event!

I had never heard of Taylortown Reception Hall prior to attending my cousin’s wedding a few years back. It was such a beautiful, genuinely vintage place, which was perfect for her country girl theme. I knew I wanted to get married there one day, too. And, I did. It was perfect! Thank you, Taylortown Reception Hall!

We had our wedding here October 2017. The venue itself requires minimal decorating because it already has its own unique look to it. The staff was very accommodating with viewing of the venue and setting up for the event. I would highly recommend Taylortown Reception Hall to anyone.
